Launch of Online Rewards Redemption Engine for StanChart (2009)

Standard Chartered Bank has launched its new Singapore and Indonesia Online Reward Redemption portal in 2009. Powered by ETact solutions, the site features reward redemption via friendly shopping cart flow, real-time reward points and upcoming multi-lingual features for the other countries. Back-office operations are integrated with online fulfillment facilities which provide fully automated end-to-end reward redemption solution.

StanChart e-Form Migration (2009)

StanChart has engaged ETact to migrate the existing e-Form framework to a new platform.

StanChart SharePower+ e-Form (2008)

The new SharePower+ e-Form has further reinforced the value of ETact e-Form framework. Compared to the conventional brochure application, the new SharePower+ e-Form allows applicants to complete their application online and export it into a PDF file with the minimal hassle. In addition, the back-office reports provide application and statistical information to the product team in evaluation of their product and any follow-up on interested parties, whenever necessary.

Research Portal - KELive Thailand (2008)

The launch of KELive Thailand is yet another important milestone for ETact as the solution provider to the Kim Eng Research Portal. Adding on to the current online research report functionalities, the site provides a Thai version and features a squawk box which provides live video and radio feeds for its retail customers.

Margin Financing System Enhancement with 3rd Party Financing for CIMB-GK Securities (2007)

ETact has successfully enhanced Margin Financing System (MFS) with 3rd party financing for CIMB-GK Securities. This enhancement allows CIMB to capture 3rd party financing trades into MFS for valuation purpose and post to client ledger on due date and be able to send consolidated statement to margin clients who trades through other brokers and financed by CIMB-GK Securities Pte. Ltd.

Kim Eng Securities chooses ETact for implementing new Intranet System (KENET) (2007)

ETact is the selected vendor by Kim Eng Securities to implement the brand new Intranet System – KENET. The Intranet system consists of full back-office reporting modules, workflow management system that handles high complexity routing process for various forms. This system will be used by different users from Dealers, TRs, Finance, Margin, Compliance, Retail and Management.

CIMB-GK signed up Annual AS/400 Maintenance Services (2007)

ETact has signed the AS/400 maintenance service contract with CIMB-GK Securities Pte. Ltd to take over SGX in rendering the maintenance support on AS/400 back-office system.

Launch of DBS Online Lucky Draw Engine (2007)
